Paella

Ingrediente

2 catei de usturoi maruntit

1 ceapa taiata marunt

2 morcovi medii taiati cubulete

1 manunchi de patrunjel (15 g) maruntit

70 g chorizo (sau carnat afumat) cubulete

2-3 piepti de pui taiati cubulete – aprox 1-2 cm

ulei de masline

1 linguita boia

1 ardei rosu taiat cubulete

1 lingura pasta/puree de rosii

1 cub knorr de gaina

300 g orez Arborio (sau orez pentru risotto)

100 g mazare verde

lamaie – optional

 

Mod de preparare

Se incinge 3-4 linguri de ulei de masline la foc potrivit

Se adauga usturoiul, ceapa, morcovii, chorizo, puiul si boiaua peste uleiul incins si se amesteca frecvent aprox 5 min.

Se adauga ardeiul rosu si se amesteca inca 5 min.

Se adauga piureul de rosii, si cubul knorr sfaramat, orezul si se amesteca frecvent timp de 2 min.

Se adauga 750 ml apa fierbinte peste ingrediente, impreuna cu sare si piper dupa gust.

Se lasa la foc mic si acoperit in jur de 15-20 min, amestecand frecvent.

Se adauga mazarea si patrunjelul si se mai lasa 5 min.

Se poate servi singura, sau cu lamaie stoarsa.
