Carne de vitel in sos de legume cu vin la slow cooker

Ingrediente:

400g carne de vitel

2 cepe galbene

1 ceapa rosie

2 ardei rosii

3 morcovi

3 linguri ulei de masline

1 linfurita sare

1/2 lingurita piper

1/2 lingurita din patrunjel, cimbru,oregano uscate

1cana vin alb

1 cana suc rosii

4-5 catei usturoi

1 lingurita boia ardei dulce

Mod de preparare:

Curatam si spalam legumele.

Taiem ceapa, ardeii si morcovii cubulete mici si le punem in vasul de ceramica in care am pus putin ulei de masline.

Adaugam condimentele:sarea, piperul,oregano, patrunjel si cimbru si amestecam.

Carnea o taiem cubulete, o calim intr-o tigaie pana se rumeneste un pic si o punem peste legume.

Adaugam o cana de vin si o cana de suc de rosii si amestecam ingredientele in slow cooker.

Punem capacul , selectam functia de temperatura Hig si timpul de gatire la 4:30(ore)

Inainte cu 20 minute de terminarea pogramului, adaugam usturoiul pisat si 1lingura boia de ardei dulce.

La final adaugam patrunjel tocat marunt.

Servim mancarea calda , asa simpla sau cu o garnitura de cartofi.
