Shortbread

Ingrediente

100 g zahar tos sau pudra

200 g unt

200 g faina alba

100 g amidon

  1. Untul se amesteca impreuna cu zaharul pana se incorporeaza total si devine o compozitie pufoasa
  2. Se adauga faina si amidonul si se amesteca pana se obtine un aluat ca mai jos:

Se pune intr-o tava si se decoreaza dupa preferinte:

Se lasa la frigider 20 de minute apoi se pune la cuptorul preincalzit la 150 grade Celsius timp de 20-25 de minute, pana se rumeneste pe margini.

Si e gata!

Se taie in bucati si se servesc reci. Se pastreaza intr-un recipient ermetic pana la 1 luna.

Atentie! Se topesc in gura.
