Salata de cartofi cu masline si ton

Ingrediente

1 kg cartofi fierti in coaja

200 g masline fara samburi

150 g ton in sos propriu

1 ceapa rosie

2 oua fierte tare

3-4 linguri ulei de masline

Sare, piper

Mod de preparare:

Cartofii fierti se curata de coaja si se taie in bucati mici de 1-2 cm

Maslinele se taie in doua, ouale fierte se curata de coaja si se taie felii subtiri, ceapa se curata, se spala si se taie solzisori.

Intr-un bol mai mare se pun cartofii, adaugam maslinele, ouale, ceapa  si la final tonul .

Asezonam cu sare,piper si turnam uleiul de masline.

Amestecam usor toate ingredientele sa se omogenizeze gusturile si aromele.

Am terminat salata. Mai simplu de atat nici ca se putea.
